the location was acceptable as it was quite central.

The room i checked into was not properly cleaned. It was dusty. after i switched rooms, i found used condoms under the bedside table. even worse, i received no communication from management the next morning, and the hotel manager didn't seem to care much when i asked to speak with him.

The standard room was quite disappointing. an irritating noise came from the air conditioning. It really made sleeping a challenge. i also expected a more exclusive breakfast selection from a hotel in this category. It did not meet expectations.

The staff were helpful. The front desk team, including Angel and Yasir, were particularly cute. I found the location ideal for accessing key attractions. The bathroom also featured a bidet hose, a detail I especially appreciated.

There was some street noise at night due to the restaurants downstairs. It slightly impacted the otherwise perfect experience

ms. andrea was a great staff member. her service was excellent. the hotel location is perfect, and all the facilities are available. i also found many choices for breakfast.

the rooms wasnt very clean. the bathrooms was dirty. the carpet wasnt vacuumed, and it had too much dust. i spoke to the manager, but i was ignored.

The breakfast buffet presented a good variety of options. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. It was also nice to find a walk-in closet and spacious bathroom .

My room was located just above the restaurant. This resulted in noise even during the afternoon. The television was hard to view from the bed. It was positioned behind the wardrobe. No iron was delivered, although i requested one.
